We operate by appointment only. We kindly request that you schedule a tour so we can provide you with personalized service. Please allow at least an hour for the tour.
EVENT LOGISTICS
Yes, we can accommodate both indoor and outdoor receptions and ceremonies.
Our on-site parking accommodates about 100 vehicles, plus additional parking spaces for vendors.
Valet parking is not required; however, to avoid rainy day issues and elevate your guests' experience, we highly recommend this service. We can assist you with hiring valet services through our trusted vendor.
Yes, vehicles may be left overnight; however they must be picked up before the start of any scheduled event the following day. If you're planning to leave a vehicle overnight, just make sure to coordinate with the event planner to arrange a convenient time for pickup as the gate may be closed. Please note: RO MANOR is not responsible for any issues related to vehicles left overnight.

Decorations may not be hung on walls using tape, wire, nails, or screws.

Candles must be contained in glass, with flames no higher than two inches below the glass rim.

The use of rice, confetti, bubbles, floating balloons, glitter, pyrotechnics, and sparklers is not permitted unless special arrangements have been made.

No petals are permitted on the floors unless it's on the grass to avoid slipping. If you wish to have petals thrown by your flower girl they must be picked up afterwards.

All decorations must be removed without causing damage immediately after the event.

Yes, there are no stairs on the property, making it easily accessible for everyone.
Ro Manor has a front covered drive-up porch, making it easy for guests and vendors to unload. Backup options for your outdoor ceremony or reception include moving the setup to the covered patio or indoors. We will discuss the options when planning your event.
STAFFING AND SERVICES
Ro Manor is a full-service venue that offers a variety of services, including:
catering, bartending, wait staff, valet service, fresh floral arrangements, décor rentals, and security.
The venue rental provides an on site manager. Ro Manor offers packages that cover all your staffing needs. Our services include, security, valet, servers, bartenders, as well as setup and cleanup crews.
We provide an on-site coordinator to oversee the facility and manage our in-house services.
For the coordination of external services and additional event details, we recommend hiring a dedicated event planner.
RO MANOR has partnered with exceptional catering vendors to offer a variety of options tailored to your event’s needs. If you decide not to use our catering services, please note that a $600 service fee will apply to cover facility usage and support. We recommend consulting with our coordinator to explore the best options for your event.
You are allowed to bring your own alcohol. To comply with legal regulations, we require both a licensed bartender and security personnel when serving alcoholic beverages. All alcohol must be served by Ro Manor's licensed bartenders. Our bartenders will assist you in choosing the right bar package for your event and create a custom drink menu for you!
Alcoholic beverages can be served while a bartender and security service are on duty, typically for 4 to 6 hours during your event. However, no alcoholic beverages should be served at least one hour before the event ends. Our event planners will assist you in selecting the appropriate bar package for your event.

Outside vendors must be insured, obtain necessary licenses, and require prior approval by Ro Manor. Please contact us to discuss which services are eligible for outside vendors and any restrictions that may apply.
PAYMENT AND RESERVATION
To reserve your date, you will need to sign a contract and make your first payment. All payment details will be determined during the booking process.
We accept cash, card, check and zelle payments. Please be aware that fees will apply for any returned checks.
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon processing a signed contract and the required first payment.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and is the customer's responsibility to ensure our office receives the cancellation notice. For more details on our cancellation policy, please contact us to review the terms outlined in the contract.
You may bring your personal belongings at the start of the rental period you have booked on the day of your event.
For details on extension fees or to arrange an extension, please contact us. The earliest setup time is 8am and the latest end time is 1am.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our Ivy House offers over 5,000+ square feet for the bride and groom parties to get ready. For more information - read about the Ivy House in the spaces tab.
We allow one hour for your rehearsal walkthrough. Please check with your planner for availability. We advise you to schedule your rehearsal with time. For those interested in a rehearsal dinner the night before your wedding please contact us for special pricing.
Setup includes tables and chairs according to the finalized floor plan, setup of tablecloths and any other rentals booked with and provided by Ro Manor. Cleanup is done before and after your rental period. Any rentals setup by outside vendors must be picked up and removed by the time your event ends.
